EasY No Bake Cannoli Cake

using store-bought frozen pound cake!

1. Make Chocolate Ganache

using the microwave to heat the cream makes prep easy!

2. Make Cannoli Filling

with ricotta, whipped cream, and mini chocolate chips! Save time on prep by using a stick blender to whip the cream.

3. THINLY Slice frozen pound Cake 

try using a ruler to help make even slices!

4. Layer cake slices and cannoli filling in Pan

an 8 x 8 deep sided pan works best

5. Pour on cooled ganache

smooth out the top with a spoon if needed

6. Garnish with mini chocolate chips

then chill in fridge for 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
