Recipe Ingredients:
Step 2: Zest and juice the lemons, then add the zest, juice, olive oil and salt to a bowl. Whisk to combine.
Step 3: When the orzo is done cooking, drain and rinse under cold water, then add it to the bowl. Add in the veggies.
Step 4: Stir the salad together. Crumble the feta cheese into the salad and stir again gently to combine. Taste the salad and add more lemon and/or salt if needed.
