Recipe Ingredients:

Step 1: Finely chop the dill (you can save a couple sprigs for garnish!).

Step 2: Crush or mince the clove of garlic. You need fine pieces to mix in well with the dip. (Try a garlic press!)

Step 3: Add all the dip ingredients to a medium bowl (the yogurt, dill, lemon, olive oil, and salt & pepper).

Step 4: Mix all of the ingredients for the yogurt dill dip together until everything is evenly incorporated.

Optional step: if you want your homemade dill dip to be even creamier, add 1 - 2 tablespoons of mayo!

Optional step: to turn the dip into a yogurt dill sauce or dill dressing, thin with water to get the desired consistency.
