INGREDIENTS: 1. Italian sausage links 2. Ricotta cheese 3. Mozzarella cheese 4. Parmesan cheese 5. Italian seasoning 6. Tomato sauce

Step 1: Mix together the Parmesan, ricotta, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning.

Here's how to make the stuffed sausages:

Step 2: Cut a slit in each sausage with a sharp knife, leaving some uncut at the bottom and at each end.

Step 4: Stuff each cavity you created in the sausages with the 3-cheese filling from earlier. (No need to smooth out the top of the cheese!)

Step 5: Place each cheese-stuffed sausage into a 9 x 13 inch metal baking pan (you can use glass, but metal will help the bottom brown more!)

Step 6: Spoon the tomato sauce all around the stuffed sausages in the pan (leaving the bare metal under the sausages helps with crisping!).

Step 7: Add more mozzarella and Italian seasoning to the top of the sausages. Bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven until cooked through.
