Step 2: When orzo is done cooking, rinse under cool water. Then add it to the tomatoes, cucumber and olives.
Step 3: Add the pesto sauce and freshly-squeezed lemon juice to the orzo and other salad ingredients.
Step 4: Stir the salad together. Taste the salad and add more lemon juice if desired, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Tear the fresh basil leaves into bite-sized pieces. Gently mix the fresh basil leaves into the orzo salad.
