Step 1: Cut the peaches into wedges (6 wedges per peach). Discard the pits.

Here's how to make caramelized peaches!

Step 2: Melt the butter in a large skillet. When the butter is foamy, add the peaches flesh-side down.

Step 3: Cook the peaches undisturbed for 2 - 3 minutes. When they are golden brown, flip the peaches and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.

Step 4: Turn down the heat and add in the brown sugar, pinch of salt, and cream. Stir  together gently.

Step 5: Let the peaches and caramel sauce simmer for 2 - 3 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened and peaches are tender.
