Recipe ingredients: 1. large tortilla/wrap 2. canned tuna 3. mayo 4. relish 5. mustard 6. onion 7. celery 8. salt & pepper 9. cheese 10. oil
Step 1. Mix the tuna and remaining tuna salad ingredients in a bowl. Season the tuna salad with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Add the cheese to the bottom half of the tortilla (leaving room around the edges), and top with the tuna salad.
Step 3: Fold in the sides of the wrap, then roll the wrap away from you until it's all rolled up like a burrito!
Step 4: Heat the oil in a pan set over medium-low heat. Add the tuna wrap, seam-side down, and cook for 3 - 4 minutes until browned. (Press down gently on the wrap during cooking!)
Step 6: Remove the tuna cheese wrap from the pan. If desired, cut the wrap in half (a serrated knife works well!). And enjoy!
