1. Store-bought donuts 2. Butter 3. Powdered sugar 4. Cocoa powder 5. Vanilla 6. Milk 7. Salt 8. Peeps and/or small chocolate eggs
Make the simple chocolate buttercream. There is only a small amount so you can whisk it by hand, or use electric beaters.
Add the frosting to a zip top bag. Then, poke 8 - 10 holes in the corner of the bag with a wooden skewer.
Pipe the frosting onto the donuts in a circular pattern. Keep going until you are happy with the "nest" shape you have created!
Fill the centers of the donuts with marshmallow Peeps or chocolate eggs. For best results, enjoy within 1 - 2 hours.
