Recipe ingredients: 1. store-bought pie dough 2. canned cranberry sauce 3. brie 4. fresh sage leaves (optional)

Step 1: Roll out the pie dough and cut it into a square shape. Cut the dough into 24 squares.

Here's how to make the brie and cranberry tarts!

Step 2: Press the pie dough squares into a 24-cup mini muffin tin (a shot glass works great for this!).  Prick each pie shell with a fork and bake till golden brown.

Step 3: While the pie shells are baking in the oven, cut the brie wheel into 24 squares (cut in half horizontally first, then each half into squares - the corner pieces are extra!).

Step 4: Top the pie shells with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and then a square of brie. Bake for a few minutes, just until the brie starts to melt.

Step 5: Remove the brie and cranberry tarts from the muffin tin to a platter. Sprinkle with finely-chopped sage leaves and serve immediately!

- if you don't like sage, leave it off or use a small amount of fresh thyme! - leftovers will keep for 1 - 2 days. - try triple crème brie for the creamiest texture.
